Description Talent Pools are an exciting new initiative that are being launched by the Trust to harness the skills of experienced Healthcare Assistants for numerous vacancies across Birmingham Heartlands, Solihull, Good Hope and Birmingham Chest Clinic sites. Once your standard clearances (CRB, Occ. Health and References*) are cleared, your details will then be entered into our database. When a suitable vacancy arises within the Trust, the Appointing Managers will be sent your details.
