Description Work on a 3rd line Desktop Support team in a fast-paced pressurised environment providing support & services to our clients and to ITEC teams (Helpdesk/Support teams mainly ? 2nd line)… ?Ensure that there is a good flow of information between the business lines (our users) and the other IT Helpdesk teams, skill teams (Market data team, Network team, …) & IT business lines (IT dedicated per business line)… ?Active participation in creation of documentation and presentations to ensure that information is disseminated throughout the DUS (Desktops & Users Services) team. - For applicants responding to an internet advertisement rather than being submitted by an agency - if you experience difficulties…
