Description JOB PURPOSE: The IT Support specialist will be a member of the team responsible for the resolution of any support issues thatmay arise on the RSC systems, to ensure that maximum benefit is provided to the RSC from its investment in information technology. · Logging of support calls and queries, providing assistance to all users via telephone, email, over the network or on site to resolve queries; handing to colleagues for resolution where required.
