Description Cardales is a firm of Chartered Surveyors. Cardales’ ultimate parent company Tilney Private Wealth was acquired by Deutsche Bank in December 2006. The responsibilities of this role are to assist in the accounting and control of three funds managed by Cardales as property managers. We now utilise the traditional skill set of the Chartered Surveyor, but focus these skills on the “in-house” property funds to maximise performance, rather than servicing “out-house” clients. There are over 160 commercial properties under management within three funds with total value of £1.5bn and with properties valued between £0.3m-70m.
