Description Kier Facilities Services, part of Kier Support Services, have a vacancy for a Resident Maintenance Engineer. KFS are based in Basingstoke but you would be based at our client’s site in the Old Bailey area of London.This is a permanent, full time role and is “hands on” with an element of administration, site and sub-contractor supervision. Professional, electrically biased engineer (ideally 17th Edition) with experience gained in a similar resident type role. Competent and informed in M&E, HVAC, & BMS. Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
