Description InTechnology are currently recruiting for a Technical Account Manager to work from our offices in London. The primary aim of this role is to reduce churn by managing customer problems and issues, which will need to be overseen to a resolution. The role also requires identifying opportunities in accounts for renewal and upsell and to co-ordinate this accordingly with the relevant salesperson. · Communicating back to Management and updating the R/A/G status on accounts on a daily basis.
