Description A qualified social worker with GSCC registration is required to become part of a busy, dynamic and supportive team. You must have two years’ post qualifying experience of working with vulnerable adults and will operate and manage the day-to-day running of a small team, in addition to carrying a complex caseload, undertaking community care assessments, care planning and reviews. A combination of care management skills and the ability to supervise and support a small staff group is essential as is effective communication skills, proficiency of organising your work and prioritising your time.
