Description The successful candidate will assist in the day to day running of the scheme and help the tenants to retain their independence by monitoring their general welfare, promoting a leisure and recreation programme and encouraging their integration into the life of the community. Advising tenants on services available and responding to emergencies are also important aspects of this interesting and rewarding job. In addition, you must have empathy with elderly people. You will have good communication skills both written and oral. Tact and diplomacy are essential for this vacancy. Formal qualifications are not required, but previous experience of working with elderly persons in a sheltered environment…
Salary £15,570-£16,663 PER ANNUM PRO RATA
