Description You will be educated to HND level within catering, and have a knowledge of food safety and health and safety, you will have multi site experience, and a sound knowledge of corporate hospitality. A highly customer focused individual with a passion for excellence you will be an effective communicator with the ability to lead. Managing the kitchen, retail and hospitality functions you will drive revenue and sales through promotion and quality improvement, whilst maintaining standards and costs.
