Description We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, commercially aware Chartered Surveyor to join a small, dedicated team dealing with a diverse and challenging workload. You will be expected to provide a wide range of professional valuation and property management advice including valuations, acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters in relation to the Council’s commercial and surplus property. Qualified to degree level (or equivalent), the successful applicant should be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with post qualification experience.
