Description We require a qualified & experienced Customer Service NVQ Assessor. You will form part of a brand new department and need to have strong occupational experience & be a confident NVQ Assessor. You will be responsible for motivating learners with their Customer Service qualification, assessing progress, recognising support requirements & building relationships with employers. You will have excellent organisational & negotiation skills & a knowledge of NVQs with a background in Customer Service. You need relevant qualifications at level 2 or 3 plus a working knowledge of Customer Service. An A1 or D32/33 is essential. 30 days leave and flexible working available (post PP). NO AGENCIES PLEASE……
Salary £16,000 - £24,000
